Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

GST
Prices displayed in this website are exclusive of GST. GST of 10% is added to all products on checkout.
Payment Methods
There are three forms of payment available for goods.
1. Payment via Credit Card online through our secure payment gateway.
2. Payment via phone on 1300 xxx xxx, 8am to 4pm EST, Monday to Friday
3. Direct Deposit into BSafe Safety Products bank account. Please note you must enter the last ten digits of the order number in the notes to the transaction.

Return Policy
All returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number must be marked on the outside of the returned boxes. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. All returns need to be sent freight prepaid. Defective items will be credited or replaced at our option. No returns will be allowed on special orders. The freight portion of the invoice will not be credited on returned merchandise. All returned items must be in their original packaging (unless defective). Returned items must be received within 30 days of our issuance of an RGA number. There is a restocking fee of 15% of the total value of the goods.
Please email us (customerservice@bsafe.com.au) with the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Once the item is received, it will be inspected, the re-stocking fee will be determined and then we will credit you the appropriate amount. You will receive an email notification of the credit transaction. The entire return process normally takes 2 weeks once the returned item has been received.

Delivery Times
Our Orders are shipped out within 2 working days of the Date the Order was placed.
Backorders
Sometimes the product you ordered may not be available. We will notify you if the items you order are not in stock and give you an estimated date of delivery, we will keep any backorders on file and send them to you upon their arrival. Please ensure that you leave a daytime contact phone number or email on your order. Items on backorder will not be charged to a credit card or account until they are ready to be shipped.
